[The problem]

Your revenue has holes in it

Deals die waiting for a follow‑up

Most deals aren't stolen by competitors. They die quietly, waiting on a follow-up that lived in someone's memory.

Your client data lives in five places

History in inboxes, deals in a spreadsheet, notes on paper: five tools, and none of them agree. Deals are lost on missing context before you even know they existed.

You're still doing work machines do now

Hours a week retyping what another tool already knows, while businesses your size hand the busywork to automation and AI. Every admin hour is an hour nobody spent selling.

None of those leaks is a tool problem.
All of them are system problems.

The fix is never one more tool.
It's one system: CRM at the core, running sales, marketing, and service as one motion.

The tool changes. The SMB problem does not.
[The solution]

One system,
three building blocks

Every build follows the same blueprint: the right CRM, everything connected to it, the busywork automated. Start where it hurts most.

01

A CRM your team actually uses

Picture the whole business in one place: every deal, every client, every conversation, and the next action obvious to everyone. That is what a CRM is for. Not a database your team maintains, but the instrument they run revenue from.

When the core is right, growth stops being a guess. You see the pipeline as it is, steer it week by week, and decisions come from one source of truth.

02

Every tool connected. One source of truth.

Your customer never experiences your departments. They experience one relationship: one conversation that remembers everything, from the first visit to the renewal.

That is what connecting your tools around the CRM buys. Marketing knows what sales promised, service knows what was sold, and every team works from the same picture. Handoffs stop costing revenue and start compounding it.

03

The busywork runs itself

AI has collapsed the cost of busywork, and it is rewriting what a small team can carry. Follow-ups send themselves, records stay current, the routine runs on rails.

The hours come back to the work that wins clients: judgement, relationships, the next move. A lean team with a connected system now runs what once took three departments. That shape is your edge.

Your stack, speaking one language

[The difference]

We work for you,
not the vendors

Expert in your problem, not salespeople for a platform. Five commitments we make on every build.

20+Projects owned end to end
8+CRM platforms implemented
0Commissions from vendors, ever

We don't take commissions.

Zero, from any platform, ever. We recommend what fits, not what pays us.

We don't hand off.

One senior team builds and runs the whole system, CRM to website.

We don't sell deliverables.

We win when you win: measured in clients won, clients kept, and hours saved.

We don't guess at your job.

Ten-plus years running the P&L on the client side. We build systems for the people who live with them.

We don't leave delivery to chance.

A method built from PRINCE2 and Agile: on scope, on budget, on time.

What they say about us

We had all the pieces. They just didn’t add up to a growth engine. That’s what changed. Campaigns started going out on time, tied to the dates that matter to us. Revenue grew double digits. Client satisfaction doubled. And nothing ever got overcomplicated. It finally worked the way our team works.

Bravos Research

Edward Massaut

Co-founder, Bravos Research

Every edition used to start from scratch. Contacts in one tool, tickets in another, payments somewhere else. We kept it alive by hand. Cogenta pulled all of it into one place, built around how we actually operate. Anyone I need is one click away. And the next edition? It starts connected.

Ethereum France

Bettina Boon Falleur

Head of EthCC, Ethereum France

Expanding across Belgium is a big ambition. New locations, new products, new revenue streams. It’s easy to drown in a plan like that. We didn’t. It became one clear roadmap, with real numbers behind every decision. Finance, ops and business finally pulling together. On time, too. And our own team runs it now.

Hive5

Gaël Van Gijsegem

BU Director, Hive5

Our method used to earn only when I was in the room. No room, no revenue. That’s the trap of selling your time. Cogenta turned the method into a product, end to end. People find it, try it, buy it. Nobody from the studio needs to be there. It sells while we sleep.

Facilitators’ Corner

Mehdi En-Naizi

Founder, Facilitators’ Corner

Our CRM was empty. Vanilla, nothing in it. A few months later: a qualified pipeline worth millions, full of companies we actually want to win. Each one comes with a brief, who they are, why they fit us. I walk into every meeting prepared now. Every single one.

Your questions answered

We make your sales, marketing, and service work as one connected system around your CRM, so nothing slips through the cracks and revenue stops leaking between them. In practice: we pick the right tools, connect the ones you already have, clean up your data, and set up automation so the repetitive work runs itself. One system that fits how you actually work, not a pile of apps that don't talk to each other.

Because we work for you, not for the tools. A vendor sells you their platform whether or not it fits, and many agencies resell whatever pays them a commission. We take zero commissions from anyone, so the only thing we are selling is the system that is right for you. And we judge our own work by your results (more clients, kept longer, less time wasted), not by how many things we ship.

More than 8, across very different kinds of business, and we are not tied to any of them. Three examples, each leading a different segment:

  • Salesforce: deeply customizable and built for scale; best for large, well-resourced teams.
  • HubSpot: the easy all-in-one for sales, marketing, and service; best for SMBs and growing teams.
  • Attio: fast, flexible, and modern; best for startups and tech-forward teams.

Whichever one fits your business and your budget, we have set it up before.

A full end-to-end system typically starts from €10,000, and the final figure follows the scope. For a defined project we agree a fixed scope and a fixed price up front, with no hidden costs; for ongoing or open-ended work we bill by time or on a simple monthly arrangement. Either way, you will know exactly what you are paying and what you are getting before any work starts.

A full end-to-end build, from strategy through to training, takes about 3 to 4 months on average, depending on how complex your setup is. We work in stages and get the useful parts live early, so you see value along the way instead of waiting for one big launch at the end.

Usually within a week or two of our first call. We keep the intake light: one discovery conversation, a look at your current setup, and a clear proposal. If something is urgent (a migration deadline, a pipeline that stopped working), say so and we will plan around it.

Yes, when they serve the revenue system. Our core work is CRM, integrations, and automation, and those systems rarely stop at the CRM: client portals, forms, internal tools, and the website pieces that feed your pipeline are often part of the build. And when your expertise itself is the product, we design and build it end to end, into something your clients pay for. If what you need is a website with no revenue system behind it, we will say so honestly and point you to the right kind of partner.
